ACN Inc. and ACN Canada were conceptualized and created by four entrepreneurs - Greg Provenzano, Robert Stevanovski, Tony Cupisz and Mike Cupisz. With countless years of sales experience between them, they came to an important conclusion: they were dissatisfied with companies they'd been apart of and job opportunities they'd encountered. They wanted something more...they wanted something better.
They realized that the only way to find a company they wanted to be a part of was to create that company. And in 1993, that's exactly what they did.
With a yellow legal pad in front of them, they formulated a business plan. On one side of the page they wrote down everything they knew to work well in business, and on the other side they wrote down everything they knew didn't work. They ripped the page in half, only keeping the side that would soon become the governing principles of ACN: integrity, solid business practices, and a commitment to always put the needs of the masses above the needs of themselves.
ACN began as a reseller of long distance services in the U.S., but over time has grown to offer all the essential services customers in 24 countries use on a daily basis. In 1997, it expanded to Canada, and that's when the ACN Canada division was born. ACN's Canadian Headquarters are located in Montreal, Quebec.

Operating as an extension of ACN’s corporate headquarters, the Montreal office provides support to thousands of Canadian Independent Business Owners and customers. It houses ACN Customer Care, IBO Services, technical support, finance, product development, and other key departments.
The ACN business model is both unique and dynamic. It focuses on offering services people need and use every day...in other words, services that wouldn’t require anyone to change their buying habits or purchase products they didn't need or couldn't afford.
ACN is passionate about giving back to the community as well, and in 2011 the nonprofit organization ACN Global Reach Charities was founded to expand and enhance their charitable efforts.
